Reading The Third Plate by Dan Barber

I first got to know about Dan Barber from TED talk videos on YouTube and learned that he's a chef and also a writer.
This book was published in year 2014 and I got the preloved book from Better World Books 3 years back. I finally finished reading it a few days ago.
As a chef and co-owner of MICHELIN Star restaurants, he cares about sustainable food production and ethical eating, from farm to table. To fulfil his curiousity, he went all out to get to know the people and system behind the food (production).

I read passionately about the last part of the book -seed, where he covers a lot about wheat, the main ingredient of bread.
Recommended to all who cares about the food system.
