Revamp of a canvas bag

I got this bag from Greenlam at Archidex last year.
I'm still using their shopping bag from previous year, it's in my bag for everyday use.

This one is thicker and bigger, so I can't pack flat in my bag for grocery use.
I thought I could make it a daily use bag by adding layers (as there's no compartment inside).

The original state.

That's measuring tape Chenyee bought from Taipei 永乐市场, quite a handy tool for sewing.

I added a layer at the bottom (covering the brand and logos).

Also added a layer of cotton fabric inside and a pocket for handphone and tickets.

KLDF 2013

My first time attending a forum during Archidex throughout my 6-year career.

All the 3 speakers of the day were female: Hong Yi, Sheila Sriprakash and JingJing Naihan Li.
All of them practiced architecture.

The first speaker, Hong Yi, showing us the video footage documenting her potrait project of Zhang Yi Mou. This is my favourite project from her.
She's really creative!

All the speakers on stage with the moderator during Q&A session.

They are all really inspiring.
Sheila is an Indian architect and she owns an architecture firm which won quite a lot of prestigious recognition. She always tries her best to work within budget and still functioning well.

My favourite speaker is JingJing, I love her quirkiness, guts and enthusiasm.
Her works including The Crates, a furniture series which i think is brilliant!

Laid back days at Sarikei, Sarawak

I spent a few days relaxing at a friend's house in Sarikei.
The line was bad there, so it's a chance for me to shut down my phone. ;P

His house is the traditional kampung house built on stilts.
He has a lot of pets, sort of animal farm to me lol.
From normal pets like cats and dogs, to pig and porcupine!

Kodak Colorplus 200

How often you see people has porcupine as pet?

Lonely pig.

The Old Courthouse, Kuching, Sarawak.

I was in Sarawak from 1st to 5th of June.
On day 2 we drove all the way from Sarikei to Kuching.

We didn't have much time to spend visiting places in town as waiting for meals alone killed most of the time already. Duh.

Anyway, we passed by this building for many times during the 2-day-stay in Kuching.
The Old Courthouse, my favourite building in the town.

Photos by film camera.
Kodak colorplus 200.

p/s:- Can someone please continue producing Kodak film? ;P

Isn't it lovely~
