Fund A Land with Kongsi: A community effort to secure a 30-year-old organic farm

 

Kongsi Co-op started Fund A Land project a few months ago to purchase the land currently rented by GK Farm, a 30-year-old organic farm located at the border of Selangor-Negeri Sembilan in Bangi area.

It's more than just a farm to the current owners -Chef Tai, SK, Mr Liew and Clement, where they put in efforts to make the garden beautiful, to maintain the pond which is also a home to many animals, as well as to provide delicious and nutritious food for farm visitors.

To us, it's a land to get food, fresh breeze, healing and to connect with soil and nature.

If you haven't visited GK Farm or tried the food, do add in to your weekend activity for a farm tour cum organic buffet lunch there. I'm positive you will be in awe.
