Kongsi Community Market, GK Organic Farm

We had a fun day at GK Farm last Saturday!

We were a bit worried about the weather and also if people coming or not (it's a long weekend and many events throughout the city).
Luckily the weather was superb and visitors already reached before 9am!

Mr Tung from Centainnel Agriculture, Ipoh and his mascot made of his farm produce.

Mari Orchard serving Indian rojak a.k.a. pasembur. Not forgetting their signature durian ice cream and cendol.

3 Fold Community Kitchen with golden apam balik.

Ecocentric Transition spreading their Rimba Card Game on the mat for the little ones to play.

Wander Wild sharing stories about sea creatures with the kids.

Arkitsan's stool making workshop.

Probably my first purchase of earrings in 10 years.
Beautiful pair by Purple Ling.

Other works by Purple Ling. This cup in front has different thickness at the mouth requested by a friend, so that users can taste the difference in the drink.

What's so happening at the hut?

We can never left out coffee at a market.
Rest in Nature was busy making coffee and chai latte here. Look at the line up of the mugs and tumblers!

Such a nice weather and space for picnic!

Teacher Eugenia's storytelling on mid autumn festival attracted many parents and kids to relax under the shades of the big tree.

Thanks to Kongsi Co-op working team, co-owners, GK Farm, all partners and visitors for spending the day with us!
See you again soon.
