Pilot micro house in Kuala Lumpur

It's pilot micro house by Tetawowe Atelier, a local architect firm.
It was temporarily built in Medan Pasar for World Urban Forum early last month.

The whole house only takes 2 parking lots size.
The idea was about when the future city depends on public transport and car sharing system, we won't be needing so many car parks. So what to do with the excessive parking lots? Build houses for those fresh graduates working in the city but couldn't afford to live inside the city.

The look of the bedroom upstairs.
Compact but well planned space.

Looking down to the living/dining area from 1st floor.

The kitchen area, also viewing from the room above.

Not only they built the house, they also take care of the surrounding space by adding landscape features including some swings that we enjoyed very much. Wweeeee~
