This guesthouse (or should I just say house) is situated inside a quiet neighbourhood.

The owner maintains a nice little garden in front of the house, as well as runs a small retail section at ground floor.

Here you can see a comfy single sofa in the library area on first floor overlooking ground floor front door and retail section. Basically books are everywhere in the house, including the staircase wall.

I love how the sunlight comes into the room in the morning.
