Avocado plant is growing!

My avocado plant took 6 months just to grow the root.

And about a week later, the shoot showed up.

This is how I started.

 I almost gave up on it after a few month as it showed no sign of growing.

But I thought no harm keeping it since the only task is to change water.

 Suddenly, I saw a little root coming out. Then within a few days, the root keep growing like doing magic when we didn't look at it.

It's tall now!

I will wait for it to be strong enough before transferring it to the soil.
