Airbnb stay in Istanbul, Turkey
When you're traveling in a big group (we have 11 people for this trip), finding an accommodation to fit all is quite a challenge.
This was in year 2023 when we traveled to Switzerland and Germany, then changed the flight at Istanbul. We decided to stopover for a night to have a quick tour in the city.
I thought I was lucky to find this Airbnb stay very near to the city centre (walking distance), can fit us all and on top of that it's very cosy and warm. It's also equipped with a good size of pantry.
We only stayed for a night. I wished I could stay longer here.
Beautiful staircase leading to the unit.
The hallway in the house.
Cute door knob.
However, we had trouble with this door when our friends staying in this room locked the door and couldn't unlock it in the morning. We spent the whole morning in the house waiting for a locksmith to come to the rescue lol!
Saw many cats on the street. We met this one when we went out to buy breakfast.
We bought some bread from a bakery just a few doors away.
The bakery has a long hour business, opens early in the morning and closes very late at night.
