Pot by Maple Pottery

 After eyeing on Maple Pottery products from Taiwan for so so long, finally I bought a small pot with ears.

It comes with a wooden lid.

I was advised to soak the lid in water for 4 hours before using.

It's considered high energy pot. I was told that it won't overheat and also less emission of oil smoke. Therefore we don't need cooker hood.

It also requires only medium to small fire to cook, so it helps to save cooking gas.

I purposely bought it to fry doughnut. Hope they will be good!
